Kay Narula is a passionate leader in the field of autism with over 20 years of experience. As the Clinical Director of Hope Autism Services, she champions individualized therapy for children and adults. Currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Psychology with a specialization in Behavior Analysis, Kay demonstrates her unwavering commitment to advancing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) within the profession.

Kay’s career reflects dedication to both clinical excellence and community engagement. Having worked her way up from the bottom, she deeply understands the struggles and nuances of therapy, family dynamics, and school policies. She is a sought-after speaker, sharing her expertise on working with children on the autism spectrum across Canada. Her commitment extends beyond clinical practice. Kay actively participates in awareness campaigns through TV, podcasts, radio interviews, and seminars, ensuring the voices of individuals and families affected by autism are heard, particularly those from underrepresented communities.

A Well-Rounded Journey
Kay’s professional journey is marked by diverse roles. She has taught Autism & Behavioral Science at Seneca College, served as Assistant Clinical Supervisor at Dalton Associates, and worked as a Behavior Therapist. She is an active member of the Ontario Association for Behavior Analysis (ONTABA) and serves as a council member for the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO).

Beyond her clinical work, Kay mentors and supervises individuals pursuing BCBA certification.
